Terms of Service for Auto Swiper Browser Extension

1. Introduction

Welcome to Auto Swiper, a browser extension ("We", "Us", "Our"). By using our extension, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our extension. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription

We offer different subscription plans for our services. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees as they become due plus all related taxes.

4. Payment

Payment for subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis, as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for these payments.

4.1 Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Extension you can request a Refund within 10 Days after the Purchase. We will usually not refund when the user was / is extensivly using the Auto Swiper. We will not refund if you forgot the Cancel the Subscription since you will get Informed some days before the next charge per Mail from the Payment-System (Stripe.com).In some cases we will also contduct a fee for the Refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next period's subscription fees to your payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the extension are and will remain the exclusive property of Auto Swiper and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Auto Swiper, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the extension.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use or log into the extension after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Affiliate Program

We offer an affiliate program where users can earn commissions ("Affiliate Commissions") for referring new paying users to Auto Swiper. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to abide by these Terms and the following additional terms:

• Eligibility: To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be a user in good standing with a valid, active account.
• Commissions: Affiliate Commissions are earned when a referred user completes a purchase of a subscription. The rate at which these commissions are earned will be communicated to you at the time of your enrollment in the affiliate program.
• Payment: Affiliate Commissions will be paid out on a schedule determined by us and communicated to you in advance. You are responsible for any taxes associated with commission fees.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate or suspend your participation due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any Affiliate Commissions that have accrued at the time of such termination or suspension.
• Prohibited Advertising: Affiliates are not permitted to use paid advertising, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, sponsored social media posts, or any other form of paid promotional activity, to promote their affiliate links. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate termination of the affiliate's participation in the program and forfeiture of any unpaid Affiliate Commissions.
